Hey all! It’s that time of year again: Girl Scout Cookies. Which is awesome, unless you’re off wheat… like me. I allowed myself a single Thin Mint to celebrate the season (I know, I’m such a wild child), but it just left me wanting more. So, I began experimenting with my morning coffee to see if I could recreate the flavor, even just a little bit, in a healthy and non-allergen-containing way, and I hit the jackpot.
- 16oz coffee
- 4oz almond milk
- 1 teaspoon Hershey’s chocolate syrup OR 4 drops chocolate Stevia drops
- 4 drops vanilla creme Stevia drops
- 3 drops Young Living Peppermint Vitality Essential Oil
This is the long-awaited comfort for all of us who, for whatever reason, cannot enjoy the girl scout cookies in their natural form. It is also an awesome way for any and all who love Thin Mints to enjoy their flavor all year long. 🙂
